Núria Martí

Graduate in Economy and Master in Arts Management (Universitat de Barcelona). Núria started her career as an economist for multinational companies. After being a finance assistant for five years, Núria moved to working in the technological field as a functional finance assistant, specialising in business-management software such as BaaN and SAP ERP. After ten years in the technological field, she decided to switch to what her passion is: the world of culture and artistic creation. Her career in arts administration started at La Caldera, Centro de Creación de Danza y Artes Escénicas (Barcelona), where Núria worked with different arts organisations.

From then on, Núria has collaborated in many projects, always in the production department and/or management positions. Her main abilities are: fundraising, business development and business planning. From 2017 to 2019, she switched back to technology as CFO. In this position, she was responsible for the structure and functioning of the finance department that would lead the company to growth and sustainability. In 2020, she moved back again to the cultural sector, joining ROPA / Roberto Olivan Performing Arts as Head of Production.
