Carmina has been the Company Manager since 2012. She is the founder and director of DROM, company specialised in the international exchange of cultural events. Theatre, circus, dance and music have been the priority action fields from which she has developed the international projection of Spanish and Catalan culture, as the main founding objectives. DROM cultural management develops programming and consulting for municipalities and institutions as well as productions and subsidies for the companies. Since 1988, she has led to a continuous dynamic programming of national and foreign companies worldwide, combining cultural productions and cultural cooperation projects. The know-how, and its permanent update, is based on the work done over the years and the knowledge of different contexts.
